The Willow Gathering — A Gentle Wellness Experience for Women
The Willow Gathering was created for women who spend so much of their time caring for others, managing responsibilities, and giving of themselves. It offers approximately two hours to slow down, breathe, rest, and enjoy the rare experience of being cared for in return.
Gatherings may be held in my private home wellness room for groups of up to five women, or I can bring The Willow Gathering to your home or another suitable gathering place for a larger group. It can be a meaningful addition to a birthday or milestone celebration, bridal gathering, women's retreat, or simply an evening shared with friends who would enjoy time devoted to relaxation, renewal, and connection.
Gentle Movement & Meditation
The Willow Gathering begins with simple Qigong movements that combine gentle motion and breathing to loosen the body and encourage the flow of energy through the meridian system. A guided meditation follows, helping the mind become quieter and preparing everyone for the group Reiki experience. No familiarity with Qigong or meditation is needed, and the movements may be adapted for individual comfort and ability.
Rest, Reiki & Connection
The gathering continues with a peaceful group Reiki experience designed to encourage deep relaxation. Afterward, everyone is given a few quiet moments before there is time to ask questions, share conversation, and enjoy light refreshments.
It is a relaxed, unhurried way to reflect on the experience and enjoy meaningful time with other women.
